Most platforms only give you a lifetime view count. We provide trends such as views, engaged views, booking requests, impressions, bounces, saves, and shares. These metrics are plotted over time and can be filtered by week, month, or quarter. We indicate when you edited your listing so you can see how those changes affected performance. You also get session-level data showing where your viewers are located and how long they spent on your page. Plus, we offer competitive analysis to show what other listings your viewers are checking out.

Import Straight From Furnished Finder

You won’t have to rebuild your listings from scratch. Our import tool brings your existing Furnished Finder listings directly in, either all at once or one by one. We can also sync calendars between platforms to keep your availability current with no extra effort.

A Built-In Instructions Page

Check-in details, Wi-Fi information, house rules, parking, local tips, everything is in one spot. Tenants get automatic access as soon as they’re booked. No more texting PDFs back and forth.

Messaging and Booking in One Place

Tenants make requests, you review them, communicate, and confirm. The entire process from inquiry to move-in takes place on the platform.
